Today, we bring you the last in our series of the cars of South Florida. These photos were captured in ritzy Palm Beach and downtown West Palm Beach, no slouch in terms of a land of plenty. We want to believe that the showcase car above, an ’80s Mercedes-Benz 300TD Diesel wagon, has been piloted about PB by the same rich family for 40 or so years but somehow we doubt it. (It is, in fact, clad in out-of-state plates – or “tags” as said in the South.) Yesterday, a few convertibles were spotted in the GTA with tops down on a lovely pre-spring day. Join us in keeping our fingers crossed for an early start to collector car season.

Rolls-Royce Ghost Second Generation
Mercedes-Benz EQS 450-plus – We don’t feature many EVs but this one was worth showing, if only for its rarity and newness to market. Oh, and its MSRP is US$102,310 – so there’s that. (We are not sure about this model entering the Canadian market. The EQS 580 4-Matic is slated for Canada, MSRP $146,500.)
Porsche 911 992 Turbo S Cabriolet – Cdn. MSRP is $254,550.
And here are a few more that caught our eye. The shots taken in Palm Beach are those with fancy cars in the background of the photo subject cars. For example, check the background of the big Rolls drop-top – Cadillac, Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and BMW. (We’d love to see just one get a parking ticket!)
