2025 Ford Mustang GTD – 815 HP, built in Canada

Once again this year, we were invited to Media Day at the Canadian International Auto Show (CIAS). We were treated to a wonderful array of cars, some of which you will see here. Very timely is the Hyundai decked out in Four Nations Face Off livery, what with Thursday’s final on tap. Go Canada! All of the manufacturers are after “different” – to this end, we sure noticed the multi-coloured Lexus, not that anyone would outfit their own as such (or would they?) and the 815 HP Ford Mustang GTD, which recently smashed the esteemed seven-minute barrier at the famed Nurburgring. The GTD is made in Canada and is running clocked laps in Germany… what an illustration of the modern times international nature of the industry. We also appreciated the exotics assembled by our friends at Autostrada Magazine. While space limits us from showing everything we saw, we will do another page but also check out the Instagram reels we posted live from the show.
