2010 Bentley Continental GTC Speed Convertible

Here is a 2010 Bentley Continental GTC Speed Convertible that wears dark blue metallic paint over a tan Connolly leather interior with diamond stitching and Bentley emblem embroidered on each of the four seats. Under the hood is a 6.0 litre W12 twin turbocharged engine powering all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission with shift paddles. Other mechanical highlights include the Torsen centre differential, air suspension, 20” OEM wheels with Bentley centre caps, adaptive air suspension, sensors for assisting with parking, and rear spoiler activated at speed. In the elegant cabin boasting wood trim and two-tone Wilton wool carpets, the 1000 watt multi-function infotainment system with Bluetooth exclusively for Bentley by Naim makes use of 12 speakers and the multi-zone climate control system is operated through the screen on the centre stack with tactile control buttons. This GTC Speed is offered by the owner of six years with a Bentley trickle charger, unused outfitted Bentley picnic basket, Bentley car cover, and three key fobs inside Bentley-branded leather zip-cases. The chrome trim on the car appears generally free of flaw, without pitting. The red paint shows a strong lustre with one imperfection aft of the driver’s side rear wheel well, demonstrated in the gallery. The car includes a black soft-top as well as a black tonneau cover which snaps on to visible rivets on the body and dash. The tonneau cover has a centre zipper, enabling use while underway without a passenger. This final-year Mk II MGA counts among its exterior features the updated Mark II MGA grille, a driver’s fender-mounted rear-view mirror, two chrome bumperettes on each of the front and rear chrome bumpers and brightwork emblems in correct, original positions.
The Continental was delivered to its first owner by Braman (Miami), making it a US-market car. The riv.ca decal affixed in the driver’s door jamb sets out an import to Canada date of June 2014, consistent with the clean Carfax report we have linked in “CCC Vital Info”. Features include the speed-activated rear spoiler, polished dual exhaust outlets matching the shape of taillight inserts integrated into the rear bumper cover, grille inserts in mesh and the front/rear parking sensors. Xenon quad headlights add to the elegant front end announcing the arrival of an automobile of substance.
The factory Bentley 20” rims are lined in a set of Pirelli P-Zero tires installed in 2024, 3500 km ago according to the seller. The tires measure 275/35 at all four corners and are Y-rated. One rim shows evidence of curb contact, see our gallery for detailed photos. Under the wheels is a four-wheel disc ABS braking set-up with Bentley-branded calipers up front. Ride is complemented by the adaptive air suspension with a control button in the console. Owner relates front air shock system was replaced circa 2024. In addition to this and the recent tires, a sensor was replaced in the power top mechanism in 2025 while much other service is set out on the Carfax report linked in “CCC Vital Info”. We note a touched up paint chip by the fuel door, a smudge in the paint very close by and a piece of the fabric top near the passenger’s side base that would benefit from re-stitching.
The cabin’s tan Connolly leather upholstery is presented along with wood appointments on the dash fascia, steering wheel, door cards, centre stack and centre console. The two-tone dash covering is navy blue on top with non-wood portions of the fascia in a matching colour to the leather. Both front occupants are treated to power, heated seats with three memory settings per side. The multi-zone climate control is controlled by buttons adjacent to the centre stack display, above which is a prominent Breitling-branded analog clock. There are separate front arm rests covering Bentley phone, cup holders and a covered storage area. Included are the storage bags separately photographed in our gallery, two for the rear seat, three for the boot, inside the widest is found the included outfitted Bentley picnic basket and Bentley trickle charger while the glove box houses the original manuals and a 6-disc CD changer.
Paddle shifters are mounted on either side of the four-spoke steering wheel whose circumference is covered in wood and leather and whose hub features multi-function buttons and the Bentley emblem. It fronts a 210 MPH / 340 km/h speedometer and tachometer with maximum reading of 8000 RPM with 6250 RPM redline. The digital odometer in between the two shows under 123,000 km, underneath which are gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The doors and boot are soft-close, the latter operable by button on key and on car for open and close functionality.
Powering this GTC Speed is a 6.0 litre W12 engine with twin turbochargers factory rated at 600 horsepower. The “Speed” designation in the vehicle’s name differentiates it from the period GTC which was rated at 552 horsepower. The Speed’s engine was further rated at 553 lb.-ft. of torque. Lightweight pistons and connecting rods are technical features of the Speed’s engine, further supported by remapped software and revised design of the crankcase to result in the higher power figure. The six-speed electronically-shifted automatic transmission with by ZF shift paddles gets the power to all four wheels.
