Here is a Canadian-market 2017 BMW M6 Cabriolet Competition Package, finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over Merino Full Leather upholstery in Sakhir Orange; it should be noted that most would call the leather more red than orange. This two-door convertible is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre S63B44T1 V8, factory-rated at 600 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque with the Competition Package. It is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and Active M differential. The odometer reads under 47,000 kilometres. Interior amenities include Comfort Access keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, iDrive infotainment with navigation, and a premium Bang & Olufsen surround sound system. Additional equipment includes a backup camera, front and rear parking sensors, and configurable drive mode settings.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel fronts an analog gauge cluster with a 330-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,200 RPM redline, and auxiliary readouts for oil temperature and fuel level. A digital display between the dials shows trip information, selected gear, and drive modes. Paddle shifters are mounted aft of the steering wheel, and M Drive buttons are located on the steering wheel spokes. A head-up display is equipped, projecting speed and other driver-selectable information onto the windshield. The digital odometer currently reads under 47,000 kilometres.
