This car is silver, with a blue interior – versus the formal and traditional black-on-black. It has 72,000 km on the clock, moderately less than the 53,000 miles on the CCC auction car. It has the same 6.75 litre engine, which was good for 189 horsepower when new. Transmission is the GM-commissioned TH-400 speed, transferring this power to the rear wheels.
The car comes with the normal accessories expected of such a prestigious marque as Rolls-Royce:  air conditioning, power locks, power seat, power windows, power mirrors and speed control are all in place. The same rich, thick leather is in use and, with cars of low mileage like these, it shows very well. The veneer dash and trim on the door cards is another rich look.

The seller of this car claims it to be in mint condition, a big promise for a car almost 50 years old but there is nothing in the photos to refute the claim. Floor mats are pretty and claimed to be original. The large-diameter two-spoke steering wheel and long column-mounted shifter promise a substantial car and at over 4,600 lbs., the first-generation Silver Shadow Saloon delivers.

The seller boasts of four new tires on chrome RR wheels. Curiously, these are being sold separately.
