Ford Mustang GT pre-facelift “Four Eyes”

Today, we are bringing you more from the Friday show put on by the Fox Body Club of Toronto, held in Mississauga, On.  There were 214 Fox body Mustangs in attendance, as well as some other body style Mustangs and others.  Yesterday, we supplemented the Foxes with some of the others, today it is Fox bodies only.  As we mentioned yesterday, the venerable Fox’s run was from 1979 through 1993 and there was a major re-style for the ’87 model year.  Today the pre-facelift cars – nicknamed “Four Eyes” for the dual headlights on each side, distinguishing them from the flush mounts of ’87+ – are the large photos and the post-facelift cars are the smaller clickable images in the gallery below (they are all ’87 – ’93 Mustangs, we have skipped the captions today).  It is a little counter-intuitive that the post-facelift cars make up most of our photos, the Four-Eye cars made up over 60% of production.
