Another fun monthly Cars n’ Coffee event yesterday.  Thank you to all of those who made time on Sunday morning to bring their cars out for our “Domestics vs. Imports” event yesterday.  In the end, more imports turned up but there were no prizes – just camaraderie – even between the domestic and import drivers.  A friendly rivalry, sure, but in the end we are all just car people.  We have to hand it to Mercedes-Benz Club Canada… we put the call out to several clubs with which we are affiliated and from the photos, one can see that MBCC answered the bell.  During the “Driver’s Meeting”, Founder Dave gave an update on CCC operations – over 70% sale rate since August (excluding August sales of Buy-It-Now items originating in July), a new record for most valuable car sold and a new record for the shortest stay on the Buy-It-Now lot.  He also mentioned the Friday article about CCC in the Globe & Mail Report on Business section, in which he was extensively quoted.  Some notable cars: this 45K km 2010 Mustang GT Convertible which is on the Buy-It-Now lot, a 2016 Mustang Convertible sold last month, a (spoiler alert!) Porsche coming soon and the Audi A8L that went to the Arctic Ocean last month , still with some of its Yukon soiling – check our CCS podcast.  We were happy to talk to a LOT of Collector Car Canada users and subscribers. Enjoy the photos!  And our thanks to Hagerty Garage+Social for having the facility tip-top.

Do you know if the Mercedes 300E AMG was a 3.2/3.4 or a 6 liter “Hammer”? Manual or automatic? Magnificent example. I want it… but am I worthy of it? (I think not).
