2021 08 14 Posting – PCA UCR Social and Concours Display, Mississauga, On, August 10, 2021

In connection with our advertising relationship in Provinz magazine, on Tuesday, August 10, we attended the Porsche Club of America Upper Canada Region (PCA UCR) Social and Concours d’Elegance Display in Mississauga.  Current Auction item 021, a 2007 Porsche 911 997 Carrera Coupe 4S, was given the honour of joining the Concours Display.

Members enjoyed a traditional German meal of schnitzel, bratwurst, potato salad, cole slaw and strudel.  There was even  a selection of some German beers on hand.  After dinner, Founder Dave was given the opportunity to introduce members to Collector Car Canada as well as the ’07 C4S auction item.  There is video below; Dave’s bit starts around 7:00 and lasts a couple of minutes.

PCA UCR’s Concours d’Elegance will be held Saturday, September 4 at Firemen’s Park in Niagara Falls, Ontario.  Non-members can display a Porsche for a $20 entry fee where other entrants judge the cars in the various categories – a “People’s Choice”, so to speak.  The public is welcome.  Start with the PCA UCR web site for details.
