In its original black paint, this Corvette’s finish points to its low-mileage status – it is near flawless.  Matching black power convertible soft top also illustrates its 2022 show winner distinction, it also shows as near new.  Save for the included and removable rear parachute, this car does not look markedly different on the outside from a stock 2011 C6 Grand Sport, making it a real sleeper.  Factory badging is impressive, from the Grand Sport badges on the fenders to the trademark Corvette dual flags on the rear fascia and on the nose.  Other sporting touches include the venting on the fenders below the GS emblems, brake cooling ducts fore of the rear wheels, rear splitter and cross-drilled rotors; calipers are six pistons in front and four in the rear.  Black five spoke wheels are skinned in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires 275/35R18 in the front and 345/30R19 in the rear.

Inside, the primary colour is also black though here it is complemented by sharp red trim.  Leather seating surfaces for two are in fine condition, red on the inside with black bolsters and the familiar Corvette flag emblems on the headrests.  The three-spoke steering wheel features controls for audio and Bluetooth, fronting shift paddles, a 300 km/h speedometer, 7500 RPM tachometer, complete instrumentation and a heads-up display.  The digital odometer shows under 17,000 km.  Red finish is also seen on the door cards and lower dash.  Dual zone air conditioning, Corvette-branded door sill guards, AM/FM/XM/CD Bose stereo, power and heated seats, MP3 jack and OnStar are further among the interior features.

The performance of this car is what sets it apart.  One look at the gleaming chrome in the engine bay and it is again obvious that this is a special Corvette.  The modifications were performed in 2020 and the car has been driven approximately 1800 km since.  Again, please refer to the build sheet but items that catch our attention to bring this car up to 929 rear wheel horsepower and 762 lb.-ft. of torque at 6400 RPM with paddle shift 6-speed automatic transmission from its stock 436 HP and 428 lb.-ft. of torque include:

• ECS Race Intercooler with Blow off Valve

• Iron 6.0L LS, LQ4 Block

• Wiseco Forged Pistons

• Custom COMP Camshaft

The exhaust can be heard in the videos.  It features Kooks stainless steel long tube headers, 3” High Flow Cats, X-Pipe and 3” Hooker mufflers with Chrome tips,  Other performance modifications include a Midwest Chassis C6-specific Parachute (with uninstalled release line); Boost and AFR Gauges by Innovate on the driver A-pillar; Alky Test and setting range as well as Nitrous on/off switch, both located in ashtray and covered by the ashtray door when closed.  The 929 horsepower Dyno test reading was at the rear wheels and on 91 Octane fuel, suggesting the car would make more horsepower with higher octane gas – the seller speculates 1200 wheel HP.  He has not installed an ECS Supplementary Stage 3 External Fuel Supply system and is including it with the car.

When the car sells, the owner will no longer have use for the 20’ covered trailer that appears in one of the photos.  The seller is willing to negotiate for this item if desired by the new owner.
