Porsche 911 Cabriolet – a 911 with “phone dial” wheels, not often seen

Yesterday, we held the first of our 2024 monthly events.  This one was a Cars n’ Coffee held in partnership with Porsche Club of America Upper Canada Region (PCA UCR) at Hagerty Garage+Social in Burlington, On.  What a turnout!  What a venue!  The main parking area was overflowing only about 15 minutes into the event so we had to resort to using the lots at the next-door and across-the-street neighbours’ sites.  As expected with the co-operation of the club, the majority of cars were PORSCHE – though we promoted the event as “all collector cars welcome” and were pleased to also see Alfa, Audi, Chevrolet, Ferrari, Ford, Mercedes-Benz and a camera-shy Lexus LFA.  You have likely already seen pictures of these but the 31K km 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible 6-Speed Manual, 16 years family-owned 84K km 2006 Porsche Boxster “S” Roadster and 25 years family-owned 1987 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible currently on auction were also on display.  An interested bidder even took the Mustang for a demo drive after the event.  (Beware – he says he plans to bid.)  Thank you, PCA UCR, thank you, Hagerty!
