2010 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG

This 2010 Mercedes-Benz S63 was sold new in Ontario before relocating to the province of Quebec and returning to Ontario in 2022, when it was acquired by the seller. The car is finished in Obsidian black over Anthracite Black Nappa premium leather, and is equipped with the Front Seat Comfort Package, climatized front seats, heated rear seats, Distronic+, Keyless Go, COMAND infotainment, and more. Power is provided by a naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 twinned with a 7-speed automatic transmission.  This S63 is offered with a clean Carfax report.

The car wears its original finish in Obsidian black (197U) and shows its AMG distinctions with exterior features only on the highest performance S-Class:  AMG-specific:  valances, rocker extensions and dual twin exhaust outlets.  AMG badging also distinguishes this car from the lower trim S-Class.  There is a small dent in the driver’s quarter panel, without paint upset.

AMG wheels measure 20″ in diameter and are fitted with V-rated 255/35 Minerva tires in front and W-rated 275/35 Pirellis in the rear – a date code of 2017 is seen on the rear.  Equipment includes xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, and remote trunk lid closure.

The cabin is upholstered in Anthracite Black (811A) premium Nappa leather with Designo Alcantara Anthracite roof interior trim and burled walnut veneer on the dash, centre stack and door panels. The car is equipped with COMAND infotainment, a factory rear-view camera and automatic climate control.  Instrumentation beyond the multi-function four-spoke steering wheel surrounded by shift paddles is accented by an AMG logo and includes a 320 km/h speedometer, an 8000 RPM tachometer with 7200 RPM redline, a fuel gauge as well as a temperature gauge. The digital odometer is six digits and shows just over 156,000 km.

The 6.2-litre V8 was factory-rated at 518 horsepower (6800 RPM) and 465 lb.-ft. of torque (5200 RPM) and transfers power to the rear wheels via a 7G-Tronic automatic transmission.  Some records of past service are included in the clean Carfax.  MSRP of this car when new was $150,000.  For Ontario buyers – given careful use and that the car passed safety in 2022, the owner expects it to pass as it currently sits.
